Returns & Store Credit Policy

At JBROOKS Menswear, we take pride in offering premium menswear and a refined shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment and do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of an electronic gift card (e-gift card), which may be used toward any future purchase. Store credit:

  • Is issued for the merchandise value only
  • Does not include original shipping charges
  • Never expires
  • May be used in combination with active promotional offers

Please note: Any discount code used on the original order may not apply to your replacement purchase unless a valid code is entered at checkout.


Return Eligibility

Eligible items must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • No Oder detection.
  • In resell-able condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Special orders
  • Linen items 
  • Jewelry
  • Hats


Return Shipping

Shoppers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as JBROOKS Menswear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
