Return Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can provide store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that the store credit will only cover the product’s purchase price, excluding shipping fees. These gift cards never expire and can be used with discount codes.
To be eligible for return, merchandise must be sent back within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, sales are final. If your order has either free shipping or a discount code applied, return shipping cost is the customers responsibility. We do not accept returns or exchanges on altered items.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us or call with your order number. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in brand-new, re-sellable condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange. We have the right to refuse an exchange.
We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If this happens, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Special orders (items that require ordering or alterations) are final sale. Any items purchased from the sale section are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
To start a return, please email, text or call us during business hours. Contact info is on our Contact Info page. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method when returning items, as you are responsible for their safe return. JbrooksMenswear is not responsible for returns until they are received at our store.
Please note that sale items, linen products, jewelry and hats are considered final sale.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a text or email confirming your purchase.
You will also receive a text or email containing your UPS tracking number once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
