Exchange Policy

The Summer & Pre-Fall Sale Items are a Final Sale

Linen: Due to the delicate nature of linen, all linen items are final sale.

Hats: Exchanges for hats are allowed for a different size within the same color.

We do not offer refunds; however, we provide site credit (e-gift card) for sent back items.

Our exchange policy allows for exchanges within 10 days from the date of receiving your order and in exchange for your returned items, you will receive a e-gift card for the value of the items, which then can be used to purchase the correct size or other items.

 


How to Process an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 248-432-7070 during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Alternatively, you can text us at 248-563-2649. Please allow us some time to respond, we strive to address your message promptly.

We recommend avoiding email for exchanges as it may result in delays.


Return Shipping

If you paid for shipping originally, we will provide you with a free return label 


If your order had either a discount code or free shipping applied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a text or email confirming your purchase.


You will also receive a text or email containing your UPS tracking number once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
